This holiday season, Chronic Endurance is proud to sponsor one deserving family through our program Haydens Christmas Corner. We understand that the holidays can be a challenging time, especially for families with significant medical needs that affect their financial stability. Our goal is to bring joy and relief to a family that could use a little extra cheer this Christmas.

Eligibility:
To apply, one individual in the household must be facing a medical condition that impacts household finances. This could include chronic illness, disability, or other medical challenges that make it difficult to provide for your family during the holiday season. The recipient family must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

We encourage you to share your story with us so we can choose a family that will benefit the most from this opportunity. Applications will be reviewed with care and confidentiality.
